Dana is the Buddhist word for generosity. It is a tradition that has supported the teaching of the Dharma for over 2,600 years. 

Dating back to the time of the Buddha, there has existed an interdependence between those who offer the teachings and those who receive them. We are actively seeking donations toward the rent or purchase of a dedicated space in San Francisco to house our community and teachings.

Likewise our teachers are not paid for leading classes or retreats. They are dependent upon the generosity of community members to support their ability to offer the Dharma and keep the tradition alive.
